GamerPass returns policy

Return window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

For your return to be accepted, please ensure that:

• The item is unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• It is returned in its original packaging.
• You include proof of purchase or a receipt with the returned product.

Please note: Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refund process

1. Receipt and inspection: Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund request has been approved or refused.
2. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

• First check your bank account.
• Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you still have not received your refund after these checks, please contact us at: pro@gamerpass.store.

Sale items

Only items purchased at the standard price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items on sale or promotion cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at pro@gamerpass.store and send your item to the following address:

Shipping returns

Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non‑refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
